Al Bourdeau Insurance Agency Participates in Hastings Mutual Insurance Company Advanced Farm School

David A. Ferris, a licensed agent with Al Bourdeau Insurance Agency, participated in an Advanced Farm School presented by Hastings Mutual Insurance Company. The training which was held from July 25-28 in Hastings, MI, covered a variety of farm insurance topics and the specific coverages that are needed to properly insure a farm. David is also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)

The training was conducted by Hastings Mutual farm insurance experts and participants learned about important topics such as; farm policies, farm endorsements, loss control, and marketing tips. The training even took to the road on the “Farm School on Wheels” where participants had the opportunity to tour several local farms and receive hands on training.
