Due to the risk of COVID-19 our office staff is working from home, and all 5 offices (Flint, Port Huron, East Lansing, Clarkston, and Farmington hills) are closed to walk-in customers. Please rest assured that we are fully operational and are happy to help you by phone or email. We’ve been helping people through times of uncertainty since 1921, and this is no exception. We’re here to pull our community together, help one another, and provide peace of mind to you and your family.
Customer Self-Service
Many of our companies offer customer self-service options (billing, proof of insurance, policy documents, policy changes, claims, ect.) either by way of their website or mobile app. This is the best way to get exactly what you need as quickly as possible. We’ll be posting a list of our companies that offer customer self-service options very shortly. In the meantime, you can visit your company’s website and they should have a link to sign up for self-service or to download their mobile app. If those options are not available you can reach us by phone, email, or social media and we’ll be happy to help.
Financial Relief
Some of our companies are providing financial relief such as waiving late fees, suspending cancellations for non-pay, offering special payment plans, or extending grace periods during this time. DO NOT ASSUME that your company will make an exception regarding your policy billing. Please contact us first so we can confirm directly with the company and let you know the best way to move forward. Again, we’re here to help you in every way possible, so let’s work together find the best solution for your needs.
Silver Lining
It’s easy to get caught up in the endless cycle of news stories, social media posts, and online videos in this time of uncertainty. Yes, COVID-19 should be taken VERY seriously. That’s exactly why we’re closing our physical offices. The last thing we want to do is put any customer or employee at risk of getting the virus. That being said, we’re all in this together. If we pull together as a community, support each other in every way we can, follow the guidance of the healthcare professionals, and keep our hope for tomorrow – We will get through this together. We’ll come out stronger than we were before, and be better prepared to face any hardship that comes our way in the future.
